Everything we do at Myco is underpinned by a passion for technology and a desire to be part of a food system that can feed everyone, today and tomorrow. When we come to work it’s with our vision in mind: To develop natural and sustainable, plant-based meat substitutes, reducing land use, food miles, and the production of CO₂ through innovative farming methods.
